2. Premium Plan

  • Our Premium Plan provides access to all added features as described in the app at the time of purchase.

  • Features may include, but are not limited to: unlimited tasks, cloud sync, reminders, priority support, and exclusive productivity tools.

  • Premium subscriptions may be billed monthly, yearly, or as otherwise stated in the app.

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in cases where a technical glitch or error from our side prevents you from accessing your purchased premium features.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the issue.

  • All refund decisions will be at the sole discretion of PlanMyToDo.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use PlanMyToDo for any of the following:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited messages.

  • Data scraping, data mining, or automated data collection.

  • Reverse engineering, copying, or modifying the app without written permission.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.

  • PlanMyToDo and all related designs, logos, features, and content are the exclusive property of PlanMyToDo Company.

  • You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from our intellectual property without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide uninterrupted and error-free service, PlanMyToDo is not responsible for:

  • Missed tasks, reminders, or deadlines due to technical issues beyond our control.

  • Loss of data caused by user actions or third-party interference.
